Please read all of the following terms carefully before using this platform. These terms form a legal agreement between you and 990x.
990x is an online betting and casino platform committed to providing an entertaining gaming experience for players in Bangladesh. Definitions and Introduction
The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these conditions:

Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To create an account and use the services on the 990x platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request proof of identity at any time to verify age. Providing a false age will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
2.2 One Account Rule
Each person may create only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, IP address or payment method may result in suspension or closure of all associated accounts and cancellation of all bonuses.
2.3 Accurate Information
You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. We reserve the right to close an account at any time if false or misleading information is provided. If your information changes, notify the support team immediately.
2.4 Account Security
Keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not allow anyone else to use your account. Any unauthorized use or security breach of your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum amount to deposit funds into the 990x platform is ৳100 (one hundred taka) — applicable for each payment method. We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. In some cases there may be a slight delay due to the verification process.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The standard withdrawal processing time is 10–45 minutes. However, additional time may be required in the following situations:
- If KYC verification has not been completed.
- If the withdrawal amount is unusually large and requires additional verification.
- If there is an active bonus promotion on the account.
- For bank transfers, standard banking business days apply.
3.3 Matching Deposit and Withdrawal Methods
For security purposes, withdrawals will generally be processed using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to a different method may require additional identity verification.
3.4 Currency and Transactions
All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion is not available. If third-party fees apply to a transaction, they are governed by the respective payment provider's own policy — 990x does not bear responsibility for those fees.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New players will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus after it is credited to the account, the wagering requirement must be met.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
A specified amount must be wagered before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x) the bonus amount. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus offer may be used only once per player.
- Each bonus has an expiry period — if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
- If abuse of any bonus is suspected, 990x reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
- 990x reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play
All game outcomes on the 990x platform are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and verifiable. We maintain the highest technical standards to ensure fair play. If manipulation of any game outcome is proven, the associated account will be closed.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:
- Placing bets using any type of bot, automated software or artificial intelligence.
- Abusing the bonus system or bonus arbitrage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
- Intentionally exploiting any system error or bug.
- Colluding or coordinating play against other players.
5.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-way due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue, 990x will generally determine the outcome based on the last verified state of the game. Please notify the support team in such situations.
VIP and Loyalty Program
6.1 VIP Tiers
The 990x VIP program has three tiers. Players advance through tiers based on their gaming activity and engagement on the platform:
- Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Gold — up to 1.2% cashback per week.
6.2 VIP Benefit Terms
VIP cashback and other benefits are provided at the discretion of 990x. 990x reserves the right to change VIP tiers or benefits. VIP membership may be suspended if evidence of any policy violation is found.
User Responsibilities and Obligations
7.1 Legal Responsibility
You are using this platform of your own judgment and free will. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable in your own area regarding online gaming. It is your responsibility to check the legal obligations in the country or region from which you are accessing this site.
7.2 Financial Responsibility
Any taxes or other financial obligations on earnings from gaming activity are entirely your own responsibility. 990x does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for your tax obligations.

Account Closure and Suspension

990x reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:
- Any violation of these terms and conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Providing false or incomplete identity information.
- Suspected financial irregularities or money laundering.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- By order of a court or regulatory authority.
Limitation of Liability
The 990x platform is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for the following:
- Losses caused by technical issues, server downtime or loss of internet connection.
- Delays or failures of third-party payment systems.
- Account breaches resulting from a user's own negligence or carelessness.
- Financial losses from gaming — wins and losses are always both possible in gaming.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 990x's maximum liability in any situation shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question.
Changes and Updates to Terms
